Breaking Down boundaries

All my life I have been working in many sectors in different positions. I was always frightened to do my own business. I always had a feelings that I can not to generate new business ideas also I am just good with taking orders and fulfill them. Investing money was not my cup of tea. Taking risk working in teams also generating business ideas were blocked by my inner self somehow. The first time I got the idea of a new project and slowly overcome with all the obstacles were opening a new path for me.

How team enterprise helped me to grow as an entrepreneur:

I knew I have some abilities to follow instructions but generating idea was totally new to me. In Prokatemia the first class I attend is the boot camping where I learn to push my inner boundaries. There was task to figure out inner boundaries, I thought of so many things but didn’t think of what actually stopping me. It was not in me at all. The risk management also constrictive feedback helped me to improvise new ideas.

Different practice and test to modify ourselves:

We had sprint innovation, GBC, habit change challenges where I got to know about utilizing new tools to develop and boost thinking ability to solve problems. I was so wonder to learn getting to know about problems is more important than the solutions. Also we got chance to do work with international time that dig up my internal ability of communication.  Beblin test is the best tool for someone to find out about themselves. Team separation leads to a chaos at the beginning. It was difficult to understand the bigger picture. So many of us were heartbroken and demotivated. Then when we started the enterprise slowly I realize the excellent job that Beblin text did for our team. The team enterprise have exactly the amount of talent it needs to run a successful corporation.

It is really surprising that some tools bring out our best qualities and put us together as a team. I also will appreciate the team corporation to identify each other’s quality. As I was never knew that I could generate any business idea I was not very confident here. I started following my team members and started communicating with people to look for opportunities. Finally I was able to break my barrier of thinking and came up with my first project plan. At first I was not really sure then my team corporation helped to realize if we fail together we grow together. This gave me the power of generating ideas that I never had.

Team work is difficult but also team support is mandatory. The realization I have that makes to take risk because I am not alone also I have responsibility of my corporation. It is probably a very small matter for some people but for me it was a huge achievement as all my life I have been always seared of investing also thinking of business ideas.

Conflicts and achievement:

The building are crucial for fostering collaboration, communication and camaraderie among team members. We focus on trust building and goal setting. The goal is to create a positive and supportive team culture where members feel valued and motivated to work together towards common objectives. Conflicts in team are inevitable but can be effectively managed. Common causes include differences in communication style, cultural differences and misunderstanding. To address conflicts it’s important to encourage open communication, actively listen to all perspectives and facilitate constructive dialog.

As a team we trying to encourage open communication to clear misunderstandings. It helps me to improve my communication skill that is really impotent for an entrepreneur. Trusting the team was my key to open up my barriers.

I have just joined to Prokatemia and yet I have a long way to go and achieve much more things in life. It’s very important to utilize the energy of self-power. One definitely should use the tools to get out from dull regular obstacles. There is always a surprise when you open a gift box. I got the surprise of taking risk that gives me the power of putting my first step towards becoming an entrepreneur.
