Upon arriving in Finland 2.5 years back, the biggest challenge came across me was the change of food. Embarking on a journey to a new country is an exhilarating experience filled with excitement and anticipation. Beyond the thrill of exploring new landscapes and cultures, one of the most memorable aspects of this adventure is undoubtedly the culinary journey. Adapting to the new tastes and flavors of food in a foreign land can be a delightful and sometimes challenging experience, reflecting the diversity of human culture and the universality of the human need for sustenance.
